We employ some of the most experienced engineering staff in the industry. Our engineers are certified in all 50 states, specializing in pre-engineered buildings. Our staff will oversee the design, engineering and fabrication of your entire order. Our materials are of a higher quality than our competitors. Our roof and wall panels are among the highest in the industry. Many of our competitors use 50,000 PSI, 29-26 gauge panels. Compare that to our 80,000 PSI high-tensile strength, 24-26 gauge thick panels. When put under pressure from wind, rain or snow, ours will not leak, strip or twist like the cheaper, thinner panels our competitors use.
We also use 7/8” mastic tape where roofing sheets overlap vertically at the ends of the panels. Most of our competitors use only 3/8” mastic, and do not provide them at the end laps. The wider tape protects your investment, ensuring that air pockets or leaks do not form in your roofing system.
Many of our competitors will provide a flat sheet that must be hand formed then screwed into your roof panel. This gives birds, rodents and the weather an opportunity to penetrate your building, reducing its longevity.
